Cape Escape Lakefront Condo has some of the best water for swimming, boating, waterskiing, jet-skiing and fishing in Texas. Swim and fish right at your back door! It doesn't get any better than this!Lake LBJ is one of the largest and prettiest normally constant level lakes in the entire United States and provides the best conditions for water activities.
This beautiful condo can sleep up to 12 people in beds, has 3 full baths, a covered deck and balcony with million dollar views, jet ski ramp for your jet ski, and room to tie up your boat at the dock. The condo is in a secure, gated community.
Cape Escape is conveniently located only 50 minutes northwest of Austin, 85 minutes north of San Antonio, 3 1/2 hours south of Dallas/Ft. Worth and 4 hours west of Houston.
Relax and enjoy the view from this great covered deck at your back door. Fishing is great and there is a green light in the water to attract the fish for night fishing. BBQ provided.
Swimming is great at this location with water 3 feet deep close in and about 6 feet deep at the end of the fishing-swimming deck. The normally constant level water is perfect for water activities on Lake LBJ.
Dock your jet ski on the ramp and tie up your boat at the dock. The Horseshoe Bay Marina is just down the street if you have extra boats. If you do not have a boat or jet skis, they can be rented locally.
Ask about using the covered boat lift if you are staying 5 nights or longer.
A boat launch is available at the marina. Restaurants and the Mariott Hotel and Conference Center are just a couple of minutes down the street.
The condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 on the top floor and 1 on the ground floor at the water level. The living room, kitchen and dining room are on the middle floor. There are 3 full bathrooms, one on each floor. The condo has 2,190 square feet and has central air conditioning and heat.
The living room, with fireplace, has seating for five with a leather sofa, recliner, and chair with ottoman facing the TV which has cable TV and a DVD player.
The kitchen has modern appliances including a microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, granite counter tops, and everything you need for making meals and snacks while vacationing at the lake. All you need to bring are your food and drinks.
The master bedroom has sleeping for up to 6 people in a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed and a queen-sized futon. A high definition TV with cable TV in this room.
The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and a pack and play. Cable TV in this room.
The third bedroom has a double bed, and a single bed with a trundle bed for sleeping up to 4. This room also has a TV with cable TV and a DVD player.
The condo has internet access, so be sure to bring your notebook computer.
