Lake Buchanan is the largest of the 6 Highland Lakes in central Texas, and is one of the most popular lakes in Texas for fishing, boating, and swimming. The lake is 4 miles wide at this point.Lake Buchanan is one of the few lakes that has sandy beaches and a sandy bottom for great swimming. When the water in the lake recedes during dry spells, at this location the beach just gets bigger and bigger!
Banta Circle has two lake houses for rent. You can rent either one or rent both for larger groups, depending on availability. Lake house No. 1 has sleeping for 9 in beds and lake house No. 2 has sleeping for 10 in beds. Also, an RV park is behind the homes so it is perfect for your family reunion or large group!
The concrete and steel fishing pier is one of the longest piers on Lake Buchanan at 317 feet long. It is fairly new, in great condition, and has plenty of room for everyone.
Guests enjoy taking a moonlight walk on the pier at night watching the reflection of the moon and lights on the water.
Two fish cleaning stations, one on the end of the pier and one on the shore, make cleaning your catch quick and easy.
There is a boat launch at this location for launching your boats and jet skis. If the lake is too low to use this launch, you can use Edgewater about 2 miles away.
Banta Circle Lake House No. 2 is a large modular home with 1,798 sq. ft. You can share in the resort amenities at Banta Circle RV Park while staying at this lake house.
The lake house has two living areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and can sleep 11 people in beds, and can accommodate more people using sleeping bags and air mattresses if you bring them. The home is in very good condition and has plenty of room for everyone. The home has handicapped access.
The home is only about 90 feet from Lake Buchanan and has good views of the lake from the covered porch and inside the home.
The spacious living room has a large sofa, love seat, oversized two-person overstuffed chair with oversized ottoman, entertainment center and a TV with Satellite TV and DVD player. There is a view of the lake from this room.
The spacious family room serves as extra living area in the daytime and converts to a bedroom with sleeping for 4 in 2 comfortable daybeds with trundle beds that pull out underneath.
The modern kitchen has everything you need for making meals and snacks while at the lake. It has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, etc. All you need to bring are your food and drinks.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed.
The third bedroom has a queen-sized four-poster bed and two night tables.

* Great open water waterfront location on beautiful Lake Buchanan in central Texas. The lake is 4.8 miles wide at the lake houses.
* 198 feet of waterfront with great lake view. The houses are only about 50 to 90 feet from the lake when it is full.
* Lake House No. 1 has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths - sleeps up to 9 people in a king-sized bed, queen-sized bed, double bed, twin bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
* Lake House No. 2 can be rented as well for additional sleeping of 10.
* More people can be accommodated using sleeping bags and air mattresses if you bring them.
* Sandy beach and sandy bottom of the lake and shallow water near the shore for wading and swimming
* Both lake houses have fireplaces.
* Both lake houses have large covered patios with a great views of the water
