Horseshoe Bay Villas is located in Oakridge Estates in Horseshoe Bay, Texas on the south side of beautiful Lake LBJ. The lake house is only about 50 minutes northwest of Austin, 85 minutes north of San Antonio, 3 hours south of Dallas/Ft. Worth and 4 hours west of Houston. Lake LBJ is one of the largest, normally constant level lakes in the United States.

The lake house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 living areas, and can comfortably sleep up 12 people in beds, or 14 with 2 smaller children.

There is plenty of room on the dock for sunbathing and fishing. Drop a line in the water and catch your dinner.

The porch near the dock has bead board ceiling and stairs up to the balcony. The porch overlooks attractive stone planters on out to the lake. Guests love to sit in the porch swing and watch the boats go by. The porch has a ceiling fan for added breeze. There are stereo speakers inside and outside the lake house.

Horseshoe Bay Villa is an immaculate home in like-new condition with many upgrades and quality features throughout including: quality furnishings and decorations, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful furniture, stone fireplace, and more.
