It is located on one and a half acres of waterfront property on Cedar Creek Lake, only an hour's drive southeast of Dallas.The Elijah Stephens Roadhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a loft and a den and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The Hideaway at The Roadhouse sleeps another 6 people for a maximum of 14 people. If your group is larger than that, the owner of this lake home has 2 more rental houses on this cove that can be rented along with this lake house to accommodate larger groups.
You will love the wide covered sitting porches surrounding the home. From your rocking chair you will enjoy terrific natural scenery, brilliant sunsets, and "big and bright" starry nights.
The covered patio of the lake house has a view of the lake The electric BBQ and sink are handy for outdoor dining. There is plenty of seating with a picnic table and extra chairs.
A fire pit near the water is popular with the guests during the evenings. There is a second picnic table near the fire pit.
Nestled beside the woods on a gentle hill and sitting on more than an acre and a half of land overlooking your own private cove, this home provides the best in indoor and outdoor living at the lake!
From the screened in porch you can enjoy the lake views and cool lake breezes.
