The open living/dining area is highlighted with a wall of bookshelves stocked with books, magazines and games. The Farmhouse has lots of windows, a built-in bar, and a Canadian wood-burning stove which keeps the entire home toasty on cold evenings!
Situated on just over an acre, The Farmhouse offers beautiful wooded views, and is just a short walk to the best swimming on Cedar Creek Lake. Guests love this home!
These beautiful ducks are called Black Bellied Tree Ducks or Black Bellied Whistling Ducks. They are known for their sweet disposition and attractiveness. Their usual habitat is in the lower Gulf Coast and in Mexico but these ducks have come farther north up to Cedar Creek Lake.
The Farmhouse offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. This property is best suited for small groups or families of 4-6 people.
The Farmhouse is conveniently located on the east side on Cedar Creek Lake, only a little over an hour southeast of Dallas and 90 minutes north of Austin, Texas.
We have three lake houses close together, The Farmhouse, The Elijah Stephens Roadhouse and The Cottage. You can rent one, or rent them all together for larger groups.

Special Policies
Need 24 hours between rentals for turnovers. No group may check in the same day another is scheduled to depart.Check in time - after 4:00 pm

We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate pets.
Smoking outdoors only - no smoking in The Farmhouse
We prefer payment by check but MasterCard and Visa are accepted
Maximum of 6 people.
4 night minimum stay on holidays
Weekend nights, Friday and Saturday night, cannot be split. Both nights are only rented together.
Guests wishing for longer stays will receive priority treatment for reservations made far in advance.
