Lake Crest Lake House is located on some of the prettiest waterfront on Lake LBJ in Granite Shoals, Texas. This cove is perfect for skiing and learning to ski! It is only about 50 miles northwest of Austin, 85 miles north of San Antonio, 200 miles south of Dallas/Ft. Worth and 210 miles west of Houston.This newly remodeled lake house has two living areas, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and can accommodate up to 14 people in beds.
The covered, upper deck is the full width of the lake house and has a spectacular view of the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee at the patio table while watching the boats go by.
The boat lift is currently being used by the owner and is unavailable, but you can tie up your boat and jet skis at the boat dock. Boat ties are available to secure your boat.
The boat dock has a deck area for swimming, fishing, and lounging at the water's edge. There are steps with a hand rail into the water near the boat dock for swimming.
Outdoor lighting and lights on the dock allow guests to enjoy the lake at night.
You can launch your boat and jet skis at the local neighborhood park that is within walking distance.
The concrete waterfront patio area has a dock for a small boat or jet ski. Guests like using this patio for sunbathing, swimming and fishing.
The upstairs of the home has been beautifully remodeled with ceramic tile floors throughout. It is open, light and airy, and sparkling clean.
The Living room, Kitchen and Dining room have a fantastic view of the lake through wall to wall picture windows. Cathedral ceilings in the Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Areas provide an open spacious feel.
Plenty of seating is provided with a leather sofa, swivel rocker and overstuffed chair in the living room, and the 3 stools at the kitchen counter. The TV has Direct TV and a DVD/VCR player. The stereo has both a CD and tape player.
The newly remodeled spacious kitchen has new appliances and cabinets. A wrap-around bar at the kitchen is a popular gathering place for guests. The cooks in your group will enjoy the spaciousness of the kitchen and the great lake view while preparing meals and snacks. All cooking equipment and dinnerware are provided. You only need to bring your food and drinks.
The Master Bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed.
The second bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed.
The downstairs family room/game room is perfect for younger adults and children. It has a sofa bed that can sleep two people and a bunk bed with a double bed below that can sleep up to 3 people. A TV with Direct TV, DVD player, and a stereo are provided as well as a pool table and games for kids of all ages! A microwave and small refrigerator are downstairs as well!
The third bedroom is a small bedroom which has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top.
The fourth bedroom is a small bedroom which has a double futon bed.
