Lake LBJ is said to be the largest "normally constant level" lake in the entire U.S. From The Villa you can boat up the Llano River and the Colorado River and down Lake LBJ all the way to Horseshoe Bay 18 miles away.

The magnificent living room has an impressive 24 foot ceiling. Five soaring windows frame the lakeside vista to create a spacious and light-filled room.

The modern, open kitchen is an entertainer's delight. Its large granite L-shaped island-counter is great for extra dining and conversation. There is seating for 8 at the counter. Guests enjoy the fantastic lake view while dining at the antique table. The table provides seating for 8.
Top-of-the-line Viking appliances are a cook's best friend. A large refrigerator, microwave, and all the appliances, cookware, dinnerware, etc. are included for your convenience.
The master bedroom of The Villa at Green Harbor has a 4-poster king-sized bed and a large-screen plasma TV.

The third bedroom is currently a very large office with a queen sofa bed that can sleep two people.
The Upstairs Guest Quarters has its own private quarters with a private entrance.
It has a kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace, and 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms.
