     We recently purchased a rental property in Granite Shoals and have been extremely pleased with the services provided by Texas Vacation Lodging.  We scheduled a meeting at the property and they were very informative as to how we should try to furnish the property to maximize our revenue source as far as the guest limit, as well as some of the things that potential renters look for in a property. 
     The website they put together with the pictures and descriptions was very appealing and complete.  We, the owners, all work and really did not have the time to take the calls, questions, payment methods and the other functions necessary to insure keeping the property booked as much as possible.   The fee they charge for this service is well worth the expense!  It is so easy to just refer people to the website and have TVL take care of everything.
     We have been very happy with the promptness in their response to any of our questions and the information they forward regarding new renters.  I would recommend any rental property owner take advantage of the ease of working with Texas Vacation Lodging.   Susie M.
